We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks and congratulations to Sebastiano Rossetto, a student in MYP1, for organising an incredible book drive to support our PYP Library. Thanks to Sebastiano’s initiative, generosity, and leadership, over 500 books have been donated, in both English and Italian to our PYP Library.
This thoughtful and meaningful action has enriched our library collection with a wide variety of stories that will inspire, engage, and support the bilingual journey of our young learners. Sebastiano’s contribution is a shining example of student-led action and a true reflection of the IB values in practice. Our teachers will now support him by going through the books, and any that can’t find a place in our library, will be donated to charity.
We are so grateful for his efforts and the lasting impact he has made on our learning community. These books will be read, shared, and loved for many years to come! If you have any more books you’d like to pass along, we would gladly give them a new home in our library for others to enjoy.
