Anna Aresi holds degrees in Classics and Italian Literature from the University of Padova and a PhD in Italian Studies from Brown University, where she focused on Second Language Acquisition and Translation studies. She lives with her trilingual family in Rhode Island, U.S., and is currently spending this academic year in Padova. 

Dr. Aresi works with multilingual children and their families as well as schools and teachers, providing both theoretical and practical support on how to cultivate and support multilingualism at home and at school.

On January 13, 2026, Dr. Aresi will be offering “Beyond the Classroom: Fostering Multilingualism through Evidence-Based Strategies”, a workshop specifically designed for MYP families to learn about the science of multilingualism and the best practices to support our children’s multilingual journey in the classroom and beyond.
