Please find below some very important documents that we kindly ask you to read, as they summarise the documentation required for minors under the age of 14 travelling abroad.
The school will not check the specific requirements for each individual student; therefore, we ask you to verify that the document (Identity Card or Passport) is valid for travelling abroad and has not expired.
Quick checklist:
- Identity Card: Must be valid for travel abroad.
- Passport: Required if the student does not have EU citizenship or if you prefer to use it. Please check the expiration date.
- Declaration of Accompaniment (Dichiarazione di Accompagnamento): Essential for Italian students. For minors under 14 traveling without parents, a document signed at the Questura (Police Headquarters) authorizing the teachers is required.
- Health Insurance Card (EHIC/TEAM): Necessary for free medical assistance abroad.
- Visa: If the student has non-EU citizenship, please check immediately with the Embassy of the country of the trip if a visa is required.
