PTA Event: Female Hormones- From Teens to Menopause 1920 1080 School Office

Hormonal shifts from puberty through to menopause can influence mood, energy, focus, sleep and cycle patterns at different stages of life. In this parent session, Sofia Nylander, Nutritional Therapist, will outline common hormonal changes and highlight signs that may suggest imbalance, such as irregular cycles, PMS, fatigue, low mood and fluctuating energy.
The session will also touch on how the body regulates and clears hormones, and how nutrition and daily habits can provide practical support. Parents will leave with a clearer, realistic understanding of hormonal health and simple strategies to support emotional wellbeing, stable energy and long-term health.

Join the PTA on Wednesday, March 11th at 9 AM in the MYP building.
