A friendly reminder that tomorrow is the deadline to complete your child’s participation to the Garda residential trip and complete the payment. Please proceed using this link. Log in to the school platform (the same used for the enrolment) and choose “field trips”, the square button under “enrolments”. You need to click on “PYP5 Garda Trip”, make sure the school year is 2026/27, complete the procedure and pay no later than Friday, July 31st.
Please remember to provide a medical certificate of good health before school starts (if you already have a certificate issued this year, please send it asap so we can double-check if it’s ok). If you need assistance obtaining the required medical certificate, we can reserve a spot for you during our on-campus medical certificate sessions on Saturday, September 5, between 3:15 PM and 6:15 PM. The cost is 45€ to be paid directly to the doctor. We have 12 appointments available, so if you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, please email office.ve@h-is.com as soon as possible. We will then provide you with all the necessary details and next steps.
