Dear Families,
As we begin a new school year, I am delighted to continue serving as Head of the Guidance Department and CAS Coordinator. It is a privilege to work alongside our students and families as we navigate the exciting journey toward their future endeavors. This year, I am thrilled to lead a new and comprehensive department structure, working closely with Ms. Ayana Fabris, returning from maternity, and Ms. Dafna Adler, who just joined our team, to provide unparalleled support. I am especially looking forward to implementing a series of enriching events for both Guidance and CAS, designed to inspire our students and equip them with the tools they need for success. Fall is not only the high season for university applications for our students – whom we commit to support closely – but also full of college counseling events, university visits and webinars, launch of the CAS program and signature H-Farm events. As our guidance program continues to grow, I am delighted to meet returning and new students to support their academic success, personal growth and future readiness across the many opportunities H-FARM graduates can access all around the world. Happy to keep assisting families in the process of exploring different education systems and to contribute a student centred approach alongside faculty, boarding and the wellbeing teams to help students define and pursue their goals with confidence.
Mrs Ayana Fabris
I am excited to join the H-FARM community and the Guidance team to help support students in planning for their future pathways. I worked as a school counselor in Silicon Valley, California (USA), for nearly two decades before moving to Florence two years ago. I bring deep experience in U.S. and international university applications and foster strong student relationships underpinned by a focus on social-emotional wellness.
