As previously communicated directly to students, student email accounts will also transition to the new domain. In addition, staff personal and shared email addresses will gradually change from:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>example@h-is.com<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">al&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>example@h-farmschool.com<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This means that, starting from the end of August, communications from teachers, administrative staff, and other school personnel may begin arriving from the new <strong>@<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/h-farmschool.com\/\"><strong>h-farmschool.com<\/strong><\/a> domain.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-1-color\"><strong>What does this mean for you?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Emails sent from <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">@<\/mark><\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/h-farmschool.com\/\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><strong>h-farmschool.com<\/strong><\/mark><\/a> are legitimate school communications.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Staff may use either email address during the transition period.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Any emails sent to the previous <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><strong>@h-is.com<\/strong> <\/mark>addresses will continue to be delivered during the migration period, which will end in December 2026, so we suggest to switch your saved contacts to <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">@<strong>h-farmschool.com<\/strong><\/mark> addresses as soon as you can.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Please consider adding <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">@h-farmschool.com<\/mark><\/strong> to your safe senders list to ensure that school communications do not end up in your spam or junk folder.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-1-color\"><strong>Why is this change happening?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This update is part of a wider technology transformation initiative designed to improve collaboration, security, and communication across our school community while aligning our systems with Nord Anglia Education standards.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No action is required from you at this time.
