We would like to provide you with an update regarding our school systems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
MYP\/DP Families<\/strong>\u00a0<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n As communicated in the School Office Notice, the first week in the MYP was dedicated to orientation. Teachers began introducing their subjects and upcoming units of inquiry, but students were not yet required to use their devices or platforms such as ManageBac. Lessons were carried out using a variety of resources and classroom activities, allowing students to gradually become familiar with their new subjects, teachers, routines, and learning environment. The use of digital devices and platforms will be introduced progressively as they become necessary for specific learning activities and assignments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n ManageBac Update<\/strong> Family Portal and Absence Notifications<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n Il Family Portal<\/strong> is now active. <\/p>\n\n\n\n From this point onward, any absence notifications or requests must be submitted through the Family Portal for MYP and DP (for PYP, please see note below). <\/p>\n\n\n\n Please note that all absence requests are subject to approval or rejection by the school. We kindly ask you to provide complete and detailed information when submitting a request. Requests indicating “Family Reasons” or missing further explanation will not be considered valid, and your child will be marked as having an unexcused absence.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n In the Family Portal, you can find the timetable and attendance of your child, the monthly menu, the link to the School Office Notice, and the school calendar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The Family Portal is being developed as a central hub where families will be able to easily access a range of useful school information and resources in one place. The content will continue to grow over the coming weeks, with new information, guidance and resources being added progressively as they become relevant throughout the school year. We encourage families to check the Portal regularly, as it will become an increasingly valuable point of reference for school life and practical information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n PYP Families<\/strong>\u00a0<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n Per PYP families<\/strong>, Toddle will continue to be used as the teaching and learning platform,<\/strong> and we will gradually move attendance through the Family Portal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Families are invited to access the Family Portal<\/strong> now and check the new features (menu, etc.).
