Dear Parents,

Our M5 students are about to embark on an extraordinary journey to Modena, exploring two worlds that epitomize Italian mastery and creativity: motors and cuisine.

The day begins at Pagani Automobili, where students will uncover the secrets behind the design, engineering, and business philosophy of a brand that has become a global icon of performance and innovation. Here, technology meets artistry in every detail, and students will witness firsthand how vision and precision create masterpieces of engineering.
This visit inspires students to see how creativity and rigorous problem-solving come together to push the boundaries of what is possible.

The journey continues at Acetaia Gambigliani Zoccoli, where tradition meets taste. Students will discover how a family-run excellence has preserved the heritage of Modena’s balsamic vinegar, one of Italy’s most celebrated culinary treasures. The experience includes a tasting lunch of regional specialties, offering an authentic immersion into Emilia’s rich food culture.
Here, students learn how dedication, respect for heritage, and attention to detail create excellence that lasts across generations.

This day provides a unique opportunity to observe two extraordinary case studies—real examples of how innovation and tradition can coexist. It’s a chance for students to understand that true excellence is achieved through vision, passion, and respect for culture.

Transport: 2 buses (groups of 40–45 people)

Departure at 07:30 from H-FFARM Campus

  • 10:00 AM – Arrival at Acetaia Gambigliani Zoccoli (website)
    Guided tour of approximately
    1.5 hours
  • 12:00–12:15 PM – Lunch at the acetaia
  • 2:30 PM – Arrival at Pagani Automobili: Museum visit + Factory Tour
  • Approx. 4:30 PM – Departure

Group 2

  • 10:00 AM – Arrival at Pagani Automobili: Museum visit + Factory Tour
  • 12:00–12:15 PM – Lunch at the acetaia
  • 3:15 PM – Visit at Acetaia Gambigliani Zoccoli (website)
  • Approx. 4:30 PM – Departure

Arrival at 7:00 PM to H-FARM Campus

Lunch Menu at Acetaia Gambigliani Zoccoli:

  • 3 maturations of Parmigiano Reggiano (18 months, 24 months, over 30 months)
  • 2 types of ricotta (cow and sheep)
  • 2 types of vegetable frittata (zucchini; peppers and onions)
  • 3 types of baked gnocco (with oil; with cheese and mushrooms; with cheese and ham)
  • 8 types of cured meats (e.g., Prosciutto Crudo di Parma D.O.P., Mortadella Bologna, salami, ciccioli, coppa, pancetta, coppa di testa, lardo)
  • Risotto alla parmigiana
  • Dessert
  • Coffee

  • Students are expected to wear school uniform

The Daily trips are included in the “2025-26 daily trips” payment, so no extra payment is needed for this trip we only ask you to fill out the absence in the attendance ManageBac tool in case of any planned absences.

We would like to underline that daily school trips are part of the academic offer of our school and therefore all students must take part on it.
