We would like to remind you about the first workshops of our 2025–2026 PYP Parent Education Programme, taking place over the next few weeks.

All sessions will take place in person in the PYP building, but if you are unable to attend in person, please join us remotely using this link.
- October 23rd (8:45-10:15): Nutrition and Wellbeing: Supporting Healthy Minds and Bodies
- November 6th (14:00 – 15:00): PYP5 to MYP Transition meeting with Ms Alba Manso, MYP Head of Programme (this workshop is for parents of students in Year 5)
- November 7th (8:45-10:00): PYP1 and the Elementary school program at H-FARM International School (this workshop is for parents of students in Reception Rockets)

Nutrition and Wellbeing: Supporting Healthy Minds and Bodies
Thursday, October 23rd, 2025 – 8:45-10:15
This workshop is for all PYP parents
What children eat can influence not only their physical health but also their energy, mood, and ability to concentrate. This session will explore the psychological and emotional impact of eating habits, looking at how family routines around food contribute to children’s overall well-being. Parents will gain practical ideas to encourage balance and healthy choices at home, while also understanding how food is connected to self-regulation, resilience, and learning.
PYP5 to MYP Transition meeting with Ms Alba Manso, MYP Head of Programme
Thursday, November 6th, 2025 – 14:00 – 15:00
This workshop is for parents of students in Year 5
We will use this time to introduce our Y5 families to the key components of the MYP and to the curricular and extracurricular opportunities that students will experience in the MYP. Don’t miss out!
PYP1 and the Elementary school program at H-FARM International School
Friday, November 7th, 2025 – 8:45-10:00
This workshop is for parents of students in Reception Rockets
Reception Rockets parents are invited to this session where we will explain the Elementary program we offer at our school. Parents will be able to spend time in the Elementary classrooms to better understand our teaching approach and how learning unfolds. This session will help you understand the next step in your child’s education here at H-FARM International School.
Artificial Intelligence in the PYP Curriculum
Tuesday, November 11th, 2025 – 8:45-10:00
This workshop is for All PYP parents
This year we are excited to introduce how our school is embedding Generative Artificial Intelligence into the PYP framework. Parents will learn how Gen-AI is explored, through research and play, and how it can be used as a tool to support inquiry, creativity, and problem-solving, while ensuring children develop responsible and ethical digital literacy skills.
