On behalf of the Parent Teacher Association, welcome to a brand-new school year!
Whether you are returning to our school community or joining us for the first time, we are so excited to have you with us! The PTA is here to support our students, families, and staff every step of the way!
We look forward to connecting with you throughout the year at events, volunteer opportunities, and PTA meetings. Your involvement, in whatever way works for your family, helps strengthen our school community and enrich the experience for every child.
Here some important information:
Our first official meeting will be on September 11th at 8:45 am in the MYP building. During that morning, we will hold an election for the new PTA president and 3 board members. We will vote on the 2024-25 budget and also introduce the 2025-2026 PTA program full of events throughout the school year.
We are currently accepting nominations for the Board of Directors (3 members) and President positions. As far as the 3 directors, one of them will be our treasurer, so ideally the candidate should be an expert in Italian accounting. If you are interested in running for one of these roles, we encourage you to send a short CV to our email address pta.ve@h-is.com The deadline to submit your CV is Monday September 8th at 12:00 pm. Please kindly make sure you specify whether you are running for board member or president.
