Dear parents, a kind reminder of our pick up procedures which can be found in the PYP Parent Handbook.
Afternoon pick-up: at 3:15 PM outside the Welcome Centre.
- All students will be escorted to the covered area outside the Welcome Centre
- Parents are asked to wait on the parking lot side of the large plants
- Teachers will hand students over to parents one by one – adult to adult
- Please ensure that the Students Office is aware of any alternative arrangements that may have been made for the collection of your child in good time (another parent picking them up, or a birthday party, for example).
Please do not:
- Wait in front of the PYP gate
- Come into the building at the end of the school day to collect your child
- Attempt to collect your child in another location – teachers will hand children over to parents at the plants outside the Welcome Centre
- Take your child home without first making contact with the accompanying teacher
Please make sure these information are shared with the other members of your family (caretakers, babysitter, drivers etc included).
