Details:
- When: Monday, December 1st
- Where: Treviso
- What: meeting with the Mayor and local community visit
- Unit of Inquiry How we organise ourselves: the students will take part in activities focused on understanding local communities and how they provide networks of resources that support our daily lives. They will also have the opportunity to meet the Mayor of Treviso, Mr. Mario Conte, who will welcome them in the Sala degli Arazzi at Cà Sugana. During the meeting, he will talk with the children about the city of Treviso and how it has evolved over time to meet the needs of its people.
Logistics:
- Program: we will leave school at 8.30 and return by the end of the school day
- What to wear: school uniform, a warm coat and walking shoes.
- What to bring: a small backpack (no trolley) and a full water bottle
- Snack & lunch: the school will provide the snack and the packed lunch (students should not bring any food with them)
What to do if:
- My child can’t participate: if it’s either a scheduled absence or your child is sick, please inform us as soon as possible.
- Please note: the educational visit is effectively part of the didactic programme of the school. For this reason, we expect all students to participate.
Payment and confirmation:
- Daily trips are included in the “2025-26 daily trips” payment so no extra payment is needed for this trip.
