Dear Parents,
We would like to kindly remind you that students are not allowed to board the school bus without prior authorization. This is not only a matter of organization, but also of insurance coverage and fairness towards families who have regularly paid for the service.
Unfortunately, we have recently noticed cases of students who tried to board the buses last minute without prior booking or payment. This is not acceptable, as it compromises seat availability and may occupy places reserved for students whose families have duly subscribed to the transport service.
Please follow the correct procedure based on your child’s situation:
- Students already registered for school transport
– Any line change must be requested in advance via the bus app, where seat availability will be checked. - Students not enrolled in the transport service (occasional use)
– A request must be submitted in advance to the school office. If a seat is available, the family will be required to complete a form and pay for the single trip. - Boarding students
– The boarding staff or school office must be informed in advance if a boarding student needs to use the school bus during the week.
Please note that students who are not authorized and reported by drivers will be denied boarding. We count on your collaboration to ensure a fair, safe, and well-functioning transportation service for everyone.
