Dear Families using the school bus service,
We would like to inform you that today you will receive the invoices for the bus service. Payments can be made by bank transfer, and starting from Monday 29th, also via the registration platform using the MultisafePay system.
We would also like to take this opportunity to share an important update regarding the school bus service and the related safety measures.
The school has activated an emergency phone number dedicated to the school bus service only.
This number will be managed exclusively for real emergencies to provide support beyond the school office hours.
This number should only be used in the following situations:
- if you are unable to collect your child at the afternoon bus stop;
- in case of significant delays that prevent you from being on time at the return stop;
- other unforeseen urgent situations
This number must not be used for:
- reporting morning delays (the bus will not wait beyond the scheduled time);
- requesting line changes;
- reporting absences or other service-related information.
For these communications, the standard procedures remain in place: use of the school bus tracker App and/or timely communication to the school.
