<p>Dear Busy Bees Parents</p>



<p>This is our next educational visit! Please read all of the information below and please let us know if you have any questions. Please also note that all confirmed visits are always available also in the &#8220;School Trips&#8221; section of the H-ello app.</p>

<p><em>Details:</em></p>



<ul><li>When:<strong><a href="When: Thursday, February 13th"> </a>March 6th, 13th and 20th (3 sessions)</strong></li><li>Where: <strong>Roncade (TV)</strong></li><li>What: <strong>Water games at the swimming pool</strong></li><li>Unit of Inquiry <em>How we organise Ourselves, How we Express Ourselves, How the World Works</em> and our <em>H-Skill Emotions</em>, the Busy Bees will be invited to engage in water games in <a href="https://roncadenuoto.it/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Roncade swimming pool.</a> This experience will help children to deepen their knowledge about how systems help organise our lives, how to be responsible as well as how we can use our senses to communicate and express our emotions. The water games and activities will help children develop their fine and gross motor skills, provide further sensory stimulation as well as develop emotional resilience.</li></ul>



<p><em>Logistics:</em></p>



<ul><li>Program: We will leave school at 8.45 and return by lunchtime.</li><li>What to wear: the students need to come to school <strong>wearing their swimming suit under their clothes,</strong> with comfortable clothes and shoes, wearing <strong>high ponytails</strong> (for children with long hair)</li><li>What to bring: a <strong>SMALL sized bag</strong> (that they can carry themselves) containing: </li></ul>



<p>1 clean underwear<br>bathrobe<br>shower slippers<br>swim cap<br>swimming goggles<br>full water bottle</p>



<ul><li>Snack &amp; lunch: we will be back at school for lunch (students should not bring any food with them)</li></ul>



<p><em>What to do if:</em></p>



<ul><li>My child can’t participate: if it’s either a scheduled absence or your child is sick, please inform us as soon as possible. Please note: the educational visit is effectively part of the didactic programme of the school. For this reason, we expect all students to participate.</li></ul>



<p><em>Payment and confirmation</em>:</p>



<ul><li>Daily trips are included in the “2025-26 daily trips” payment so no extra payment is needed for this trip.</li></ul>
