Padova and Marghera: Global Religions, April 30
This field trip is part of the MYP1 Global Religions unit and offers students a meaningful opportunity to explore and reflect on different religious traditions. By visiting both a Buddhist temple and an Islamic mosque, students will deepen their understanding of spiritual practices, values, and the importance of mutual respect in a multicultural society. Through direct experience and guided conversations, this trip aims to foster open-mindedness, empathy, and a broader global perspective.

- 11:30 – 13:00 Trip to Marghera and packed lunch in the park

- 15:00 Return to Campus
Kindly note that students will be required to remove their shoes at both places of worship as a sign of respect.
Ravenna: Discovering Ancient Mosaics, May 19
Our M1 students are heading to Ravenna for a day trip to explore the city’s famous ancient mosaics! As part of their interdisciplinary learning, students will visit historical sites to study these intricate art forms and then take part in a hands-on mosaic-making workshop. It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect history and creativity in one of Italy’s most culturally rich cities.
