We are thrilled to share a unique collaboration with Venissa, the Michelin-starred restaurant on Mazzorbo island. As part of this project, our MYP5 students will create an original “experience” tailored to Venissa’s real needs, putting their entrepreneurship, creativity, and business skills into action in a truly authentic, real-world challenge.
Students will present their proposals during a special visit to Venissa’s Tenuta on February 3rd, to a panel made up of the restaurant’s chefs and management team, alongside some of our teachers, a genuine professional pitching experience in an exceptional setting.
To make it even more exciting, the contest includes outstanding rewards:
1st prize: a Michelin-star lunch at Venissa plus a full shadowing day with their professional team.
2nd & 3rd prize: lunch at Venissa’s Osteria Contemporanea.
And beyond the prizes, there’s something even more inspiring: the winning concept may be brought to life by Venissa, with official credit given to the students, a rare chance to see their ideas become reality.
