Over the coming days, we’ll be welcoming a CIS (Council of International Schools) visiting team as part of our accreditation journey. This is an exciting step for our community, and a strong signal of our commitment to high-quality international education.
CIS accreditation is an internationally recognised mark of quality. It helps schools confirm that what we do is not only effective, but aligned with best practice in areas that matter most to families, including:
- Student learning and wellbeing: ensuring students are supported academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Safeguarding and care: strengthening clear, consistent systems that keep students safe.
- Quality and consistency: reviewing what we do across the school so experiences are strong from early years through to graduation.
- Continuous improvement: using expert feedback to identify strengths and set meaningful next steps.
- International recognition: showing universities, families, and future partners that we meet respected global standards.
The visiting team will spend time meeting staff and students, visiting learning spaces, and speaking with members of our community, including parents, so they can understand our school in an authentic, day-to-day way.
