- Medication Administration
By providing your prior authorisation, you allow the school/boarding and/or the nursing team to administer the specific medication that may be required promptly (see the list in the form), without the need to contact you first. You will, of course, be informed afterwards. If you choose not to provide prior authorisation, we will first contact you by phone and wait to receive your written consent before administering any medication. The purpose of this form is to ensure that, when needed, medication can be provided as quickly as possible. Reaching parents by phone is not always immediate due to factors such as different time zones, unavailable phone service, or unanswered calls, and this authorisation helps us avoid unnecessary delays. - Parcels
For safeguarding reasons, a Boarding Parent will always be present when your child opens any parcel delivered to Campus. This precaution helps ensure that no dangerous or unauthorised items are brought into the Boarding House. If you choose not to authorise the presence of a Boarding Parent during the opening of parcels, unfortunately your child will not be permitted to receive parcels on Campus.
